Our cats had a lovely stay at chetwynd firs. The staff was lovely and friendly and put my wife mind at rest about leaving her baby's.

The kennel staff were excellent, providing great info and updates whenever asked. Our dog was super happy when we collected him. Brilliant all round—definitely the best kennels in the area by far!

Our dogs have stayed twice now and love staying. The staff are understanding with my reactive boy and they all always have the best time.

Lovely place for your peta holiday. A nice woodland retreat for them and the staff are all so very friendly and great with the animals. Wilson will be back for his summer holiday in August!!

My cats stayed here for the first time earlier in the month and the staff were really friendly when dropping off and collecting. During the stay the cats have a daily play session with photos which was reassuring as both my cats are quite anxious so was nice to see they had settled in well. Despite being near the kennels the cattery is really quiet and peaceful which was great for my two cats. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Chetwynd Firs for many years and the service has remained exceptional each and every time. Our dog is not the most sociable, but he gets so excited as soon as we drive towards the reception area and he knows where he is. I can highly recommend Chetwynd Firs and feel comfortable in the knowledge that my fur baby is safe and looked after whilst we are away

We put our boy in for the first time. He stayed in the luxury kennels. He has come home one happy chilled out little boy. You can tell he has been really looked after. The photos on the group everyday really puts your mind at rest. The staff are great. We have booked his next stay. Keep up the great work 👍

They need more kennels so the doggy can visit once a week! Always fully booked but when we do get in the doggy seems to enjoy it, and I like the photos they post online too. Gives me a day off so I can garden in peace :)

Just collected our dog from his week holiday here. Cannot fault the staff & service. Our dog stayed in the standard small dog kennels which were cleaned to a really high standard and were exactly what was needed. I checked midweek via email on how he was settling and they responded really quickly and put my mind at ease. We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you all!
